Millac Gold offers the professional the taste of fresh cream with the performance of a cream alternative. This versatile non dairy cream can be used for whipping, cooking and pouring, which makes it a perfect “all rounder”. Millac Gold has excellent stability, unlike ordinary cream, it does not fall back after whipping. It reduces perfectly and does not split during cooking.

Roselle Supreme is a slightly sweetened liquid cream alternative, made from milk, that looks, tastes and pours like real dairy cream. The butterfat has been removed and replaced with refined vegetable fats, which stabilises the product and gives it better whipping and piping properties. It can be used in hot or cold desserts, cakes and pastries.Flavours, colours and additional sugar can be added prior to whipping. Once whipped it will last for up to 48 hours chilled and covered and is freeze thaw stable. It is available in 1-litre Tetra bricks and has a shelflife of 10 months.
